Control Systems Programmer responsible for designing, configuring, programming and commissioning industrial automation projects utilizing RSLogix 5000, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Factory Talk View ME, RSView ME, RSView 32, Panelbuilder, and Wonderware. Drive replacement projects on Continuous Winders using ControlNet, Powerflex Drives and 3-axis motion control. A new converting line with 48 Powerflex VFDs on ControlNet, Ethernet communication to RSView ME HMI/SCADA stations and Vendor equipment was supported. Another project required experience with Kinetix 6000 servo drives, Ultra 3000 with SERCOS.
